Terms and Conditions 

No refunds will be provided once payment has been received. It is strongly advised that you purchase travel protection insurance on the off chance that you cannot make the retreat due to family emergencies or other extenuating circumstances.

By registering for a Misfit Mountain Athletics retreat, the participant acknowledges that he/she is aware that any travel could involve risks of injury or death which may be caused by forces of nature or illness. The participant further acknowledges that weather conditions may be adverse and/or unpleasant and that medical services or facilities may not be readily available or accessible at times during the trip.

Misfit Mountain Athletics may cancel or postpone a retreat for any reason up to 60 days before the Retreat start date. This is especially true if the minimum participant amount (8) is not reached. If the retreat is cancelled, Misfit Mountain Athletics will refund 100% of the retreat package price including any deposits made. In case of any cancellation for any reason, we are not responsible for any incidental expenses that you may have incurred as a result of your booking, including but not limited to, visas, vaccinations, unfavorable exchange rate fluctuations, travel insurance excess or non-refundable flights.
